Description
Ogbono – Ogbono Seeds (Irvingia gabonensis) is widely used in Sub-Saharan Africa for preparing Ogbono soup because of its medicinal, healthy and nutritional values. It contains about 18 amino acids and is a good source of nutrients, vitamins and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, sodium, and phosphorus.
