Description

Ukpo – (Mucuna Solannie) is a traditional food thickening agent widely used in Sub Sahara Africa. It increases the viscosity of soups and sauces without changing their tastes. It contains Protein, Ash, Crude Fibre, Fat, Iron, Zinc, Carbohydrate, Calcium, Potassium, Copper, Nickel and Magnesium.
